Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Playbook Insight Limited, the operator of this product (“EDGE”). By creating an account or using the product you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use EDGE.
1. What EDGE is
EDGE gives you fantasy football rankings, projections, draft boards and roster tools. Everything it produces is opinion and analysis. Rankings are judgements about uncertain future events. They are not predictions we can stand behind, and no part of EDGE guarantees that a player will perform, that a trade is fair, or that a lineup will win.
2. EDGE is not betting or financial advice
Nothing on EDGE is gambling advice, betting advice, or financial advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to place a wager or make an investment.
One point deserves saying directly. The draft board shows a column headed VEGAS. That column contains rankings. It does not contain sportsbook odds, betting lines, or any number derived from a betting market, and it must not be read as a betting signal. If that ever changes, this clause changes with it.
3. EDGE is independent
EDGE is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or approved by the National Football League, any NFL club, the NFL Players Association, Sleeper, ESPN or Yahoo. Team names, club marks and player names appear only to identify real teams and real people.
4. Your account
One account per person. Give accurate information and keep it current. Keep your password to yourself: you are responsible for everything done through your account, and you must tell us promptly at fantasyedgenfl@gmail.com if you believe someone else has access to it. You must be at least 13 years old to hold an account.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, bulk export, republish, redistribute or resell EDGE data, or offer it as a data feed, download or API of your own. We are bound by the same restriction by our own suppliers, so this one is not ours to waive.
- access EDGE by automated means at a scale that burdens the service;
- reverse engineer the product, or attempt to reach data belonging to another account;
- use EDGE to break the law or to infringe anyone’s rights.
6. What you create
Boards and guides you build remain yours. You grant EDGE the permission it needs to store, process and display them so the product can work for you, and to show them to other users if you choose to publish them. You can delete them at any time. You are responsible for having the right to whatever you upload.
7. Subscriptions, billing and refunds
Pro is sold two ways, both through Stripe; we never see or store your card number. The Season Pass is an annual subscription: the launch price is $25 for your first season and it renews at $40 a year on 1 July unless you cancel first. That renewal price and date are shown at checkout before you pay, and we send a reminder before the renewal charge. The Monthly plan is $7.99 a month, billed from September to January only, and your access continues all year while it stays active. Prices for new subscribers may change; what an existing subscriber pays does not change without notice. One discount applies per purchase and promotional codes carry their stated limits. The price shown at checkout is the total amount payable, including any tax that applies.
Your right to cancel. As a consumer you normally have 14 days from the day you buy to cancel a purchase of digital content and get a refund. Because EDGE gives you access immediately, that right works differently here. When you start a subscription or open a purchased guide, you expressly ask us to begin supplying the content straight away, and you acknowledge that by doing so you lose your right to cancel within those 14 days. If you would rather keep the 14 day right, do not open the content, and write to fantasyedgenfl@gmail.com instead.
How to cancel within the 14 days. While the right still applies, the 14 days run from the day the contract is made. To cancel, tell us clearly before the 14 days are up: email fantasyedgenfl@gmail.com, or write to Playbook Insight Limited at 63 Ambleside Avenue, Telscombe Cliffs, Peacehaven, England, BN10 7LN. Any clear statement is enough. Send your message before the deadline and the cancellation is in time. We will refund you within 14 days of being told, using the same payment method you used.
You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing portal in Account settings. Cancelling stops future charges, and your access runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Beyond your statutory rights, refunds are at our discretion: write to fantasyedgenfl@gmail.com and we will deal with you honestly. If a payment is refunded or disputed, the access it bought ends and any commission or creator earnings that rode on it are reversed.
Your legal rights are unaffected. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the digital content EDGE supplies must be of satisfactory quality, fit for its purpose, and as described. If it is not, you are entitled to a repair or replacement and, where that does not fix it, to a price reduction or a refund. Nothing in these terms limits those rights or any other right you have under consumer law.
8. What you need to run EDGE, and what it does
EDGE runs in a current web browser on a device with an internet connection. There is nothing to install and no minimum hardware beyond that. It is tested against recent versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge on desktop and mobile; older browsers may work but are not supported. Some of what you set up, including connected leagues and unsaved boards, is stored in your browser rather than on our servers, so clearing your browser data clears it and it does not follow you to another device.
Paid features are unlocked against your account, so you reach them by signing in rather than through any file or licence key. We apply no copy protection and place no limit on the number of devices you sign in from. EDGE is delivered as an online service and depends on our servers and on third party data sources being available; those sources are credited in the footer of every screen and in Account Settings, as their licences require.
9. The creator marketplace
Creators can publish guides for sale. A guide is a one time purchase: the buyer pays once and keeps access for the season, including every update the creator makes to it. Creators receive 85 percent of each sale; EDGE keeps 15 percent as the platform fee. Payouts run through Stripe Connect, which handles the identity checks and tax forms. Creator earnings are uncapped; payouts are sent once a creator's balance reaches 10 US dollars, so processing fees never eat a small balance. You keep ownership of what you publish and grant us the licence to host, display and sell it here. Publish only work you have the rights to: no plagiarism, no repackaged third party data, no misleading claims. We may unpublish content that breaks these rules; buyers keep access to what they paid for. You must be at least 18 to enrol as a creator.
10. The affiliate programme
Every account has a personal creator code. When somebody signs up with your code and pays for a plan, you earn 25 percent of their plan payments. Commissions reverse if the underlying payment is refunded or disputed. Withdrawals open at a $25 balance and pay through Stripe Connect, so the same identity checks apply. Self referral, misleading promotion, spam and inauthentic engagement schemes, including coordinated voting or review manipulation on community platforms, are prohibited and forfeit unpaid commissions. Future commission rates can change with notice; commissions already earned are never changed retroactively. You must be at least 18 to enrol.
11. Availability and change
EDGE is an early product. There is no uptime guarantee. Features can be added, changed, limited or withdrawn, including what the free tier includes. We will not delete your saved boards without telling you first.
12. Ending it
You can delete your account at any time from Account settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
13. Liability
EDGE is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on rankings, projections or advice produced by EDGE, from any interruption to the service, or from the outcome of any fantasy league, draft, trade or lineup decision. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes belong to its courts. Nothing in this clause takes away consumer protections you are entitled to where you live.
15. Who we are
EDGE is operated by Playbook Insight Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16794532, whose registered office is 63 Ambleside Avenue, Telscombe Cliffs, Peacehaven, England, BN10 7LN. Questions, complaints and legal notices go to fantasyedgenfl@gmail.com.
16. Data sources and attribution
Season statistics and team context come from nflverse, licensed under CC BY 4.0, with thanks: nflverse-data. Player, league and average draft position data come from Sleeper, and ranking data from FantasyPros and other published expert boards. This attribution sits here, on a page any visitor can read without an account, because CC BY 4.0 requires it to travel with the work.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page changes when we do, and we will notify account holders of material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use EDGE after that means you accept the updated terms.
